There is a Nonrefundable one time Pet Fee in the amount of $300.00 USD plus tax due at imposed by Treasure Island which is due at the time of check-in as well as a Nonrefundable one time fee in the amount of $100.00 USD imposed by Sail Away Vacation Rentals. Pet dog weight must be 35 pounds or less.

You will also have a guest bedroom with a king bed and guest bathroom, and a twin over twin bunk area, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people and one pet under 30lbs. This condo was recently updated with your comfort in mind and offers new furniture, flooring, décor, and mattresses.

The resort itself boasts many amenities; pool, hot tub, fitness center, bar, beach access, you will feel right at home on your PCB vacation. Enjoy spending your days in the surf and sand with the complimentary beach service this unit offers.

Outside of the resort, you are within walking distance of St Andrews state park, perfect for hiking, birding, snorkeling and boating.
