This 20th floor unit features dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, gulf front master bedroom with a king bed, balcony and private master bathroom. You will also have a guest bedroom with a king bed and guest bathroom, and a twin over twin bunk area, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people and one pet under 30lbs. This condo was recently updated with your comfort in mind and offers new furniture, flooring, décor, and mattresses.

The resort itself boasts many amenities; pool, hot tub, fitness center, bar, beach access, you will feel right at home on your PCB vacation. Enjoy spending your days in the surf and sand with the complimentary beach service this unit offers.

Outside of the resort, you are within walking distance of St Andrews state park, perfect for hiking, birding, snorkeling and boating.

Schooners is next door featuring great food, good music and many local events.
When staying at this unit, you are within driving distance to many of the great activities in PCB: Take a short drive to Pier Park for those that love to shop till they drop, have your mind boggled by the bizarre events and items displayed in Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, try your luck at mini golf and one of the 18 hole mini golf courses at Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, or enjoy one of the daily educational shows offered at Gulf World.

This property requires an additional parking fee. A one-time fee of $35.00 plus tax is due upon arrival at the front desk and allows parking for up to two vehicles.

🐾 Pet Policy 🐾
One dog under 30 pounds is allowed per unit. There is a nonrefundable one-time pet fee of $300.00 USD plus tax, charged by Treasure Island and due at check-in.

🔞 Minimum Age Requirement 🔞
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must remain present for the duration of the stay.
