Welcome to Ocean St. Retreat, a one-of-a-kind Key West–inspired beach home designed for large groups and multi-family getaways in Panama City Beach. This spacious four-level property offers multiple living spaces, entertainment zones, and a private outdoor oasis perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
Please note: due to the unique multi-level layout and stairs, this home is not wheelchair accessible.
⭐ First Floor: Sports Bar & Game Lounge
The first floor is your private entertainment hub featuring a custom bar, multiple smart TVs, a mini kitchen, and a pass-through window to the pool area. This level also includes flexible sleeping arrangements with twin beds, a trundle bed, and additional pull-out beds—ideal for teens or larger groups.
⭐ Outdoor Oasis: Private Pool & Hot Tub
Step outside to your private pool area featuring a hot tub for 8, lounge seating, outdoor dining space, and a gas grill. This is the perfect setting for pool days, cookouts, and evening gatherings under the Florida sky.

This level includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, full bathroom, and laundry room. A wraparound porch provides additional seating and relaxing views of the pool area.

All bedrooms on this level offer access to a wraparound balcony. The layout includes a queen + bunk room, a king bedroom, and a queen ensuite with a clawfoot tub. A coffee and beverage station adds extra convenience for guests.

The top floor offers a private retreat with a queen bed and additional lounging space. This level provides extra privacy and is ideal for guests who want their own quiet escape.

No, linens, pillows, comforters, towels, and wash cloths are provided.
Towels are provided based on guest count. Please wash them using the in-unit
or on-site laundry.
We provide a 24-hour starter kit: dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper,
shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and trash bags.
We recommend bringing toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices,
laundry soap, coffee and filters, beach towels, beach toys, and sunscreen.
