🌊 YOUR OWN BACKYARD OASIS

The backyard is made for vacation days.

Cool off in the private saltwater pool while enjoying the peaceful lakefront setting, or kick back in the poolside spa tub, which is maintained at the same temperature as the pool.

A full bathroom can be accessed directly from the patio, making it easy to rinse off after swimming without tracking wet feet through the house.

When everyone gets hungry, fire up the private gas grill and enjoy an easy meal at home before heading out for the evening.

One of Margarita’s best features is waiting at the top of the house.

Head up to the spacious rooftop deck for views stretching toward the Gulf of Mexico and across the neighboring lake. It’s the perfect place for morning coffee, an afternoon in the Florida sunshine, or drinks at sunset.

The home also features a widow’s watch, giving you another peaceful spot to enjoy the coastal scenery.

The main living area is located on the second floor, with an open layout that makes it easy for everyone to spend time together.

The kitchen is well equipped for larger groups and features Viking stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a farmhouse-style sink, and plenty of room for preparing meals. Grab a quick breakfast before the beach or stay in and make dinner for the whole crew.

There’s plenty of seating between the dining area and breakfast nook, while the nearby living room offers a comfortable place to relax and stream your favorite shows.

With six bedrooms across multiple levels, Margarita is a great fit for extended families, multiple families traveling together, or groups looking for a little extra space.

Four bedrooms are located on the first floor, putting guests close to the backyard and pool area. Select bedrooms offer private bathrooms, pool access, and beautiful views toward the lake.

The third floor is home to two spacious primary suites with completely different views. One looks toward the Gulf, while the other overlooks the lake.

Both primary suites feature large private bathrooms with double vanities, whirlpool tubs, and separate walk-in showers.

You’ll also find another seating area on the third floor along with a convenient kitchenette and mini refrigerator — perfect for morning coffee, drinks, or late-night snacks without heading downstairs.

When the beach is this close, there’s no need to choose between a beach day and relaxing at the house.
