Laketown Wharf's central location makes it easy to experience everything PCB has to offer. Spend the day boating, fishing, parasailing, golfing, shopping, or exploring the area's restaurants and attractions.

Shipwreck Island Waterpark is approximately 2 miles away, and Pier Park is a short drive from the condo with shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and activities for the whole family.

🚗 PARKING & RESORT REGISTRATION

Laketown Wharf requires guests to complete a separate resort registration prior to arrival for parking passes and wristbands.

Registration is typically $75–$100 depending on occupancy. The fee and number of parking passes and wristbands provided are determined by the Laketown Wharf HOA and may change.

Your registration link will be sent prior to arrival. Once you arrive, stop by the Laketown Wharf front desk to pick up your parking passes and wristbands.

❄️ MONTHLY WINTER STAYS

Planning to trade the cold weather for the beach? We welcome snowbirds from November through February and offer special monthly winter rates.

Monthly reservations typically run from the first of the month through the first of the following month. Alternate dates require approval, and monthly reservations include an additional $150 cleaning fee. Contact us for availability and a personalized monthly quote.
