Great condo. Very spacious rooms and large patio space. Short walk to the beach. There was more than enough space for our family of 5 where we didn’t feel like we were constantly on top of each other, like most condos. The desk and work space was also much appreciated, since I had to work for a bit during my stay. I’d definitely stay again.

I’m beyond grateful for my stay at this beautiful condo in PCB! The apartment itself is even more stunning than the photos show. The view from the balcony and the master bedroom is breathtaking. There’s also a closet filled with beach items, including life vests, which was such a thoughtful touch. The condo is very well-equipped, spotless upon arrival, and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing that affected the overall excellence was the elevator situation, but that didn’t stop us from having a fantastic time. Everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The light show at 8 PM is magical, and the location is perfect; you can walk to the main attractions, restaurants, and of course, the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

(+’s)Inside the room was fantastic! Worked perfect for our family of 6. Awesome kitchen with everything we needed. Could ask for better room. The hotel had a ton of stuff to do! From places to eat, to bowling, swim(awesome pools!), drink, live music, and much more! Really didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. (-‘s)Hotel its self was frustrating. There was 20+ min waits for elevators almost every part of the day. And parking garage was even worse. We have 4 small kids and we had to take our luggage up and down stairs of parking garage and the actual hotel. The elevator in garage was out completely. Advertised $500+ in free activities but it was through 3rd part and very difficult to obtain, which no one wants to do on vacation. Felt like if this was advertised it should have been laid out for the guest when we get there. Area was a bit hectic, a lot of police present. Most of negatives were from the hotel and not the host! Host was responsive and great communication!

In regards to the elevators and long wait times at Laketown Wharf, this is typically a normality around the July dates as it is the Summer and the 4th of July Holiday is traffic-filled in this vicinity. In addition, the Elevators within the South & North Parking Garage has been repaired since your stay. In relation to the $510.00 USD worth of Complimentary Activities through our Activity Vendor named Xplorie, we highly encourage the Activities to be setup and organized prior to your stay. Their hold times are a tad bit lengthy at times in which we sincerely apologize for. Thank you so much for allowing us to Property Manage and Host for you and the entire Family. We enjoyed our stay for the main purpose of meeting our grand daughter for the first time. The place was nice, but we did have a big problem with the elevators. I am handicapped and can't take stairs, and we were on the 6th floor. So therefore we had to take the elevator, we stood by the elevators sometimes as long as 30 minutes before we could catch one that had room in it. A lot of times we had to walk all the way across to the other elevators just to get downstairs. Big problems with their elevators.

We chose this place because of the ability to eat dinner as a family at a table...both in the kitchen and on the patio overlooking the ocean. We definitely received so much more! It was clean, luxurious, and this host anticipated our every need. The attention to detail was amazing. From the decorated light switches, to the hidden hamper, usb ports in the plugs, makeup towels, spa bath, duvets, blankets, extra linens, towels, pillows, and tons of storage, this place was everything my family and I needed to make this vacation truly count. The toiletries were some of the best I have ever had on vacation. The decor was top notch, and the service from Sail Away was fast, friendly, and overly accommodating. During our stay we were approved for a late checkout for a fee. We later decided to stay an extra day. Sail Away gave us a fair rate, and applied our late checkout to the next day! Our family will always stay with them when available.
