-Pleased be advised that the property does have an exterior camera on the front entrance.
-A 5 Night Minimum is required per the Owner.
-Additional people, regardless of age, will NOT be tolerated. The property may only have 6 occupants at any time in the condo.
-Luggage carts may not be brought into the property for arrival or departure.
-The entire complex is non-smoking. You are NOT allowed to smoke and/or vape in the condo, on the balcony, pool deck, parking garage, etc.
-You must be 25 years old to rent this property.
-Smoking is not permitted in, near or around the premises of the unit rental.
-Objects on the balcony or being thrown off of the balcony are not allowed.

Failure to comply with these property rules may result in eviction of the condo and additional charges to applied for damages.
