Check in is at 4pm CST and check out is at 9am CST. Early arrivals (1pm) and
late checkouts (12pm) are available for $75 plus tax each. Contact Guest
Services to confirm eligibility.
You must be at least 25 years old to book a reservation.
Some properties allow one dog under 30 lbs for a $100 cleaning fee. Ensure
your selected property is marked Pet Friendly and inform our team in
advance.

Please call us within 24 hours of arrival if the property is not up to
standards so we can address it promptly.
You save 5-10% on your total by booking directly with Sail Away.
A 25% deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival.
Cancel 30+ days in advance: $50 fee. Cancel 14–29 days: lose 50% paid.
Cancel within 14 days: no refund. Travel insurance may cover some
exceptions.
Travel insurance from Red Sky covers some unforeseen cancellations. It's
optional and costs 7.75% of your total. Visit

Changes must be made before 30 days to arrival. After that, changes only
allowed for major issues like A/C failure or no water.
No, linens, pillows, comforters, towels, and wash cloths are provided.
Towels are provided based on guest count. Please wash them using the in-unit
or on-site laundry.
We provide a 24-hour starter kit: dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper,
shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and trash bags.
We recommend bringing toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices,
laundry soap, coffee and filters, beach towels, beach toys, and sunscreen.
