Within walking distance to St. Andrews State Park, with over 1,200 acres of open space for fishing, cycling, hiking, snorkeling, or renting kayaks. You can even easily access a tour to on Shell Island from here and explore this private 7-mile-long barrier island.

Need to get some shopping done? You have so many options! Pier Park is a short car ride away with over 50 unique stores. You also have a great selection for groceries and toiletries from Publix and Winn-Dixie, located within two miles from the resort. Pick up all your beach souvenirs from Alvin’s Island and Sunsations located just down the road.

Treasure Island #2109 is also next to Schooners, known for its amazing seafood, live music, and year-round special events. You also have local favorites around, such as Shore Shack and Patches Pub.

We had another wonderful experience at unit 2109! The unit is very welcoming with a beach feel. The view is one of the best! All the furniture is up to date and comfortable. The wall bunk beds are a nice feature for the little ones. The rooms are very spacious with furniture that accommodates them perfectly. Free beach service was the icing on the cake. We thoroughly enjoy the beach. It is a short walk from the pool area. We look forward to booking again next year!

My husband and I had the privilege of staying in unit 2109 5/31-6/3. I wanted to take the time to write a review on our amazing experience.

The arrival was easy peasy! We got our wristbands and parking pass and we were in the room by 2:30. We loved the beach/sea themed decor! Every room was so inviting. We immediately changed clothes and went down to enjoy the beautiful afternoon sun on the beach. The beach chairs that came with the room are perfect. The were set up for us everyday! The shower in the master bath was amazing, plenty of closet space and we couldn’t believe 2 king sized beds in both bedrooms plus the bunk beds and pull out couch! We o my used the master amenities but there were plenty to sleep a family or two. They had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans, utensils- you need it, they got it!

The grill area was perfect. We grilled a few nights of the week. We also went to the little store by the pool multiple times for snacks while by the pool.

The sunset from the balcony is one of the prettiest that I have ever seen in my life. The colors were beautiful!

I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful vacation.

We have visited Treasure Island 2109 several times. The condo is beautifully decorated with everything you need for vacation. The beds are so comfortable with new mattress. The condo is located in quiet part of Thomas Drive with many restaurants within walking distance. The beach service is great.
We have been visiting PCB for 40 years and nothing compares to the experience we have had at Treasure island 2109!

Simply perfect!!

The condo was in perfect condition, clean and inviting! The host was soo easily accessible and friendly! I couldn’t have had a more perfect visit to the coast. I loved that it was so close to everything but still felt so private. And the view? BREATHTAKING!!! We will definitely be back at our first opportunity.

We had a fantastic weekend in Florida !! We went to Panama City Beach and stayed at Treasure Island Resort . Condo # 2109 . What a beautiful condo !! It's in a great location , safe, very clean and within walking distance of lots of restaurants: seafood, Mexican, pizza and one of our favorites, dine in breakfast . If you are planning a trip to the beach do yourself a favor and checkout Treasure Island 2109 in Panama City Florida !! Thank you for a great experience !!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of an extended stay at Treasure Island, unit 2109! Having stayed at many condo units around the country we found TI 2109 to be very delightful and enjoyable. The unit was very well equipped, sparkling clean, furnished nicely including the beautiful patio and its unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. The managing staff was easily available and responsive. Although we did not meet the owners, they took a personal interest in making our stay absolutely remarkable by providing us their personal contact information and responding quickly to minor operational questions that arose.

We were so satisfied that we scheduled another extended stay in 2024. This unit is a true treasure!
