You must be at least 25 years old to book a reservation. 

Some of our properties allow you to bring your fur baby. These properties will allow for one dog under thirty pounds for an additional $100 cleaning fee. Please ensure that the property you are interested in is marked as Pet Friendly and that you have notified our team that you will be traveling with a pet.

Generally, there are at least two parking spaces available per property, however this is not a regulation of Sail Away and will differ from each property/complex. Please check your Guest Portal for more information on parking for your specific property choice.  

Please call us within 24 hours of arrival if you feel the property is not up to par so that our team may address these concerns immediately.

We require a 25% deposit to be placed upon booking and the final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.  

Any cancellation on or before the 30 days prior to the agreed upon check-in date shall result in a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 29 -14 days of the check-in date shall result in the forfeiture of 50% of money paid. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all money paid, no refund will be issued. The only exception will be for those that purchased travel insurance, for which a claim will need to be filed with the travel insurance provider to ensure the reason for cancellation is covered in their policies.  

Travel insurance for your stay is available at an additional cost through Red Sky Travel Insurance. In case of certain unforeseen events, this insurance may provide reimbursement for unused, non-refundable pre-paid trip costs. Travel insurance is optional and the cost is 7.75% of your total. All changes to your reservation, including your property assignment, must be done prior to 30 days to arrival. Once you are within 30 days or checked in, we are not able to change your property unless there is a life posing threat in the property, such as a failed a/c, plumbing issue, no water, etc.  

No, the property will be furnished with sheets, comforters and pillows for each bedding type as well as towels and wash cloths.

We provide enough towels and wash cloths for as many as the property can sleep. Every property offers a washer and dryer or on-site laundry facility and we ask that you please wash what is provided throughout your stay.  

In addition to linens and towels, we leave an initial starter pack to get you through the first 24 hours. This included dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and trash bags.  

We recommend bringing these items: toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen.
